- Pricing: Prices for Products are displayed on the Service and may change without notice. Prices at the time of purchase are final.
- Payment Authorization: By making a purchase, you authorize us or our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes and fees.
- Products will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be specified at checkout.
- Twistag is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
- Defective Products: Returns are accepted for defective Products within 30 days of purchase. For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the print's quality issue or the item's damaged area. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error displayed. We will issue a full refund and cover return shipping costs. Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Non-defective Products: Non-defective Products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Restrictions: You may not:
Reproduce or modify the Service;
Interfere with the Service's functionality;
Circumvent security measures.
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal activities;
- Violate intellectual property rights;

You agree to indemnify and hold Twistag harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Twistag reserves the right to update these Terms or modify the Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Portugal.
